KYC (Know Your Customer) is an identity verification process that ensures the safety of all platform users. To complete KYC, you need to upload clear photos of your MyKad (front and back) along with a selfie holding the card. Verification is usually completed within 1–2 hours. KYC is required before your first withdrawal and for accounts with high transaction limits.

Yes, you can update your phone number and email address through the Account Settings. However, this change requires additional identity verification for security purposes. Contact our live chat support team for assistance and ensure you have access to your original phone number during the process.

Click the link "Forgot Password?" on the login page. Enter your registered phone number and you will receive an OTP code via SMS. Enter the code, set a new password, and you can log back in within two minutes. Make sure your new password is strong and unique.

No. six6s only allows one account per individual. Owning multiple accounts is a violation of the Terms and Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being suspended without notice and balances frozen. If you are experiencing issues with an existing account, please contact our support team for assistance.

Log in to your account and go to Settings → Security and enable the Two-Factor Authentication option. You can choose to use SMS OTP or an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator. We recommend all members enable 2FA as an important additional security measure.
